Biography:

Dr. Mazin Gadir is a seasoned strategic advisor with over two decades of experience in the fields of healthcare, innovation, and transformation. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Partnerships, Client Relationships, and Bid Management at IQVIA Payer Provider Government Group. Dr. Gadir has served as an external advisor to various healthcare government ministries and authorities, where he is responsible for the development, implementation, execution, and transformation of health and digital strategies. His extensive career includes senior roles at prominent organizations such as the Dubai Health Authority, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), and Cerner Limited. Dr. Gadir obtained his PhD in Quantum Electronics and Nanotechnology in Medical Diagnostics, his MSc in Management and Business Administration, and his BEng in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
