AILA Secures $1.15 Million to Drive AI Transformation in MENA’s EdTech
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – AILA, the first ever AI-powered EdTech platform in Saudi Arabia, has raised $1.15 million in a groundbreaking pre-seed funding round, marking the largest of its kind for an AI EdTech company in the MENA region. Led by Sabah Fund, and White Hill Capital and three prominent Saudi angel investors, this round sets the stage for AILA’s ambitious journey to revolutionize education through cutting-edge AI technology.
Launched in June 2023, AILA has quickly emerged as a leader in the AI-driven education space, offering personalized learning pathways tailored to individual student needs. The funds from this round will be used to further develop AILA’s technology, refine its features, and expand its market presence. Currently operating in 3 markets across Central Asia, AILA plans to enter at least 10 new markets in the near future.
This significant investment enables AILA to continue its mission of transforming how education is delivered, with an emphasis on making personalized learning accessible and efficient for students, teachers, and parents alike. The company’s AI technology profiles students in under 10 minutes, creating a fully tailored learning plan, and saves educators countless hours by automating lesson planning, assessment generation, and content alignment.
